Service and Free Check
RADARIT provides local business comparisons, public website checks and reputation monitoring. Free Check compares your business with one selected competitor. Confirm that businesses and locations are correct. The first measurement is a baseline, not historical change. Monitoring requires later comparable measurements and follows your plan and settings.
Accounts and payments
Keep access to your email secure and provide accurate information. Paid features, limits, billing interval and price are shown before purchase; Stripe processes available paid subscriptions. Cancel renewal through the account’s billing controls. Cancellation normally leaves paid access until the end of the paid period. Mandatory consumer rights and any statutory refund or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Use RADARIT lawfully. Do not bypass limits, interfere with security, impersonate others, automate abusive requests, or unlawfully extract, resell or publish personal or third-party data. You remain responsible for how you use the results and for rights to information you submit.
Sources and limitations
Third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect or unavailable. RADARIT cannot guarantee its complete accuracy or continuous availability. Missing website content is not proof that a business does not offer a service. Comparisons and insights are informational, not statements about a business’s overall quality or guarantees of commercial results. Check the evidence before acting. RADARIT is independent of Google and DataForSEO.
Changes, suspension and termination
We may improve the service or change supported sources. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated in advance, with information on available cancellation options. We may suspend access for serious abuse or security risks; otherwise we aim to provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue. You can stop monitoring, cancel renewal or request account closure by contacting us.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, IKSUM SIA is not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits caused by reliance on third-party data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights. Latvian law applies, without removing mandatory protections applicable in a consumer’s country of residence.
