Privacy Policy

Data controller

IKSUM SIA operates RADARIT and determines how personal data is used. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries. This policy also covers public business information that identifies sole traders or other individuals.

Information and purposes

We process your email, login and account preferences; the business, location, websites and competitors you select; public business profile data, ratings, total review counts, website observations, measurements and reports. We use them to provide checks and monitoring, show evidence and deliver requested reports. We process connection information such as IP addresses and record technical requests, errors and security logs to operate and protect the service.

Legal bases

Providing requested checks, accounts and subscriptions is based on contract or steps you request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Security, abuse prevention and relevant public business comparisons rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against individuals’ rights. Accounting obligations rely on law (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional browser analytics relies on consent (Article 6(1)(a)); it is off until accepted and can be withdrawn in Cookie preferences.

Sources and providers

Public business data comes from the websites you select, Google Places business discovery and DataForSEO business data. DataForSEO supplies reputation measurements and monitoring history; earlier Google Places ratings are not relabelled as DataForSEO history. Hosting is provided through areait.lv and traffic protection through Cloudflare. SMTP providers deliver service emails. Stripe processes active subscriptions and payments; RADARIT stores payment references and status, not full card numbers. OpenAI may process relevant public business names or website excerpts in enabled analysis features. We do not describe Google or DataForSEO as partners or endorsers.

Communications and analytics

We send login codes, service notices and reports according to your settings. Existing report emails may contain an opening pixel used to measure delivery engagement and pause inactive monitoring; login codes do not. Website analytics records page paths, referring sites/campaigns, device information and funnel actions. Essential operational logs remain necessary when optional analytics is rejected.

Recipients and international transfers

Data is shared with providers only for the relevant function. Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information on the arrangements applicable to your data; this notice does not claim that all processing remains in the EEA.

Retention

Account and monitoring records are kept as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically erase history. Reputation cache freshness is six hours; this is not a history-deletion period. Analytics retention is configurable (the code default is 180 days). Security logs and backups have separate operational lifecycles. We review deletion requests and retained copies; we do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month; lawful extensions may apply. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv) or your competent supervisory authority. RADARIT does not use its comparisons to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
